The medicine to live a healthy life is the arts, theater is a medicine in which not many believe or have ever thought about it, music, drawing, any form of expression that helps oneself to a liberation.

The international cultural relations are constituted from the flows or exchanges of the main cultural contents that are realized between the international actors. The factorial dimension of the culture, when it is contemplated from the perspective of each international actor, especially if it is the States, refers to the main elements that define and sustain the culture of this actor and the ways in which their ability to act internationally.

 

Culture as a factor at international micro level establishes: what decisions and behaviors are accepted or rejected politically and socially. It is the cultural factor that points to the structural boundaries of legitimacy, legality, efficiency and justice. International cultural relations, their treatment from a general perspective of international society, deal primarily with intercultural relations, that is, those generated and developed by the cultures themselves, as international actors, or by other actors whose nature is specifically cultural And whose effects directly affect the civilizatory substrate.

Cultural diplomacy only makes sense for a state that understands culture as the sphere of reflection and action of the aspirations and ideals of society. State that should be committed to the lines of action and the tasks necessary to realize the potential of that vision. -Most delegates the construction of the world in the vision and capacity of others: the elite. This makes our sense of community and responsibility diluted and our knowledge deteriorates.
